Since taking the reins from Matthew Mott following the successful 2022 ODI World Cup campaign, Nitschke has enjoyed a distinguished run. Under her guidance, the Australian side secured gold at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and triumphed at the 2023 T20 World Cup. Currently, the team maintains its position as the number one ranked side in both ODI and T20I formats, a testament to the high standards Nitschke has cultivated.
